Mesh Reservoirs
Our Mesh Reservoirs are constructed using a specifically manufactured galvanized wire mesh for this application, which is vitally important as this adds to the pressure your reservoir can withstand. Our PVC liners are made from 100% Virgin material and NOT recycled PVC (i.e. Banner Material), due to risk of chemical leaks into the water over time.
Our material is UV Stabalized and suitable for water storage. Should these reservoirs be required for Aquaculture purposes or for drinking water, we have a certified food grate material, which is suitable for these applications. It is extremely important that you are supplied with the certification of this potable PVC, as some companies are claiming that the standard PVC is suitable for drinking water, which is untrue! The holding capacity in this range of reservoirs is from 3 000Lt’s up to 169 700Lt’s and come in two standard height's of 1.2m & 1.5m’s. The life span of the Mesh Reservoir is typically 12-20 years, which is dependent on location, installation and the type of liquid being stored. The mesh reservoir is easy to install and comes in a complete D.I.Y kit together with a set of easy to follow step-by-step instructions. Should the D.I.Y option not be your preference, installations can be carried out through our self-appointed and accredited installation team.
Corrugated Reservoirs
Our corrugated iron reservoirs are manufactured from either 0.8mm or 1..2mm thick corrugated sheets, dependent on your needs and are available in either a 1.5m or 2.3m height, with capacities ranging from 13600Lts up to 406 000Lts. They come with a 800g supported PVC Liner, which is UV stabilized and contains biocides to minimize fungus growth, thus making is suitable for drinking water as well as storing fish. Installed on either a D.I.Y basis or through our self-appointed and accredited installation team, These tanks offer a medium to long term water storage solution, with an approximate life span of 15-20 years, dependent on climate
Zincalume Tanks
Our tanks and components are engineer designed and approved, to the highest international standards. They are designed and modelled by a state-of-the-art design program & model generator for each order. Our tanks comply with / conform to the following:
All ring beams are reinforced to SANS 284 with a minimum of Y10 bars for our smallest tanks. Ready-mix, SANS 878 compliant, is locally sourced.
We are the sole supplier of the 8-Rib V-Lock profile which introduces sought after structural attributes. The 1.1mm, G300 Zincalume laminated shell plates, conforming to SANS 9364, is punched with a CNC punch machine which minimizes damage to the protective coating. Shell plates have an AluZinc coating of a minimum 150g/m.
All bolted connections comprise of high tensile grade 8.8, galvanized bolt assemblies made up of Hex partly / fully threaded bolt (ISO4014 / ISO4017), a Hex nut (ISO4032) and two (2) flat washers (ISO7091).
All plate work material is S355jr - SANS500025 (formerly 350WA - SANS1431), no commercial quality steel is utilized whatsoever. Plate work is plasma cut & bent to a specific design developed from years of experience.
Each single span roof is designed to be as light weight as it is strong. We do not restrict access to or roofs, as it can easily support two (2) people with average build at any point (barricading forms part of our fire range, and can also be supplied on request). Roof trusses are designed in accordance with SANS10162. Roof sheets are 10.5 Corrugated - 0.58mm ISQ300 galvanised sheets.
The 800g or 1000g Liner can be used for everything from irrigation to potable water for communities, and every application in between. The liner is tested according to BS 3424 Part 4, Method 6.
All factory uncoated mild steel components are hot dip galvanized to SANS 121, after metal work is completed.
Pressed Steel Bolted Tanks
Pressed steel tanks are made with panels and are also known as panel tanks suitable for the storage of medium to high volumes of water and other liquids. All Pressed Steel Tanks are hot dipped galvanized panels, manufactured according to Malaysia standard MS1390:2010. Singapore Standard SS245: 1995 similar to British Standards BS 7491 Part3:1994 and BS EN 13280:2001 Standards. Tanks can be tailor made to serve as various industrial and residential reservoir applications. We can supply and install these panel tanks in any size ranging from 1000 to 5 Million litres. All pressed steel tanks structures are signed off by a registered engineer. Panel tanks can be ground based and serviced by a pressure vessel and pump or elevated up-to 20 meters to create water pressure.

New & Replacement PVC Liners / Dam Liners
We manufacture new or replacement liners to seal tanks, such as concrete or corrugated tanks that are damaged or leaking due to seasons of continued stress in the African climate. We have the capacity to make liners to any shape, size and application. We are proud to advise that our 800g PVC liners come with a 12 year guarantee and can be repaired wet or dry. Porta-Pond Aquaculture Tanks
The Porta-Pond range of tanks are Manufactured from an 800g Heavy Duty Virgin PVC material, which is UV Stabilised to prevent algae & fungus growth. Tanks have a lifespan of approximately 12-15 years and the liner comes with a 12 year warranty. These tanks take approximately 10 minutes to erect, easy to transport and relocate and come with easy to follow step by step instructions. Net covers are available as an optional extra
Water & Fuel Bladder Tanks
The water & fuel bladders are used predominantly by emergency aid relief organisations & offer a closed cell storage solutions for potable water and fuels. The bladders are manufactured using a durable, 700g / 800g or 1000mic (Green / Middle Grey) UV resistant, food grade PVC Coated polyester fabric manufactured according to ISO 9000:2000 test guidelines Standards in South Africa as well as the Australian Water Works Association Standards. Bladders come complete with a ground sheet, 2 x 2” flanges with elbows, valves and male camlocks. They are available in various sizes ranging from 500Lt’s up to 500 000Lt’s and can be custom made to your space and volumetric requirements. All bladders are economically packed and crated, ready for use.
